Finishing touches on the Flag of India

SO I posted about this quilt a while back, when I took the sampler class where I made it. But I FINALLY finished it over the last snowy weekend, but I never posted the final pics. So here it is. I love the fabric of the back of this quilt. I feels it goes so well with the chickees on the front.

What does the Star of India quilt say in the center square? I can almost see it. Plus, I noticed the rubics cube!!! He's got the white side finished.

In the center square it says Carrie's Flag of India Sampler. I called it the Flag of India because I used all the colors of India's flag. Yet there is something very country about the fabrics. I guess it is a good representation of us. An Indian man married to a white girl living in the country!
Yes, He loves that Rubic's cube. I actually got him another one for V-day because he wore that one out a bit. But now he works both of them!! He can get a couple sides but has not mastered the trick of it yet.
